EA says there will be a Battlefield 4

Frank Gibeau, president of Electronic Arts’ Games label, has reportedly claimed that there are plans to develop a sequel to Battlefield 3.
Speaking during a keynote at the University of Southern California, Gibeau simply said, "There is going to be a Battlefield 4."
However, EA later issued a statement to IGN after reports of Gibeau’s keynote started doing the rounds on Twitter.
"Frank was speaking broadly about the Battlefield brand - a brand that EA is deeply passionate about and a fan community that EA is committed to," said the firm.
Battlefield 3 was released in late October and its success at launch resulted in the military shooter becoming EA’s biggest software launch ever, selling five million copies in just one week.
