The Jak and Daxter HD Collection, which briefly popped up on a South African retail site last month, has now been rated by the German USK as Jak & Daxter Trilogy Edition. The game's title implies that it will be a compilation of the coreJak series. Sorry, Jak X racing fans.
For its part, Sony tells us it doesn't comment on rumor or speculation. The retail site that originally posted the game noted a January 2012 launch window, but that date could very well have been a placeholder.
And yes, we hold out the same hope that you do, for a compilation around our old buddies Ratchet and Clank.
